Diabetic Baking

Here is Decembers effort for Number 84 of my 101 list Bake Diabetic cakes for my Dad once a monthThey are Diabetic cookies dyed green with food colouring with some naughty smarties for decoration. I hope he enjoys them.

I have also done this times Cook a “takeaway” dinner for my Mum and Dad so my mum can have a night off once every 6 months. They have a shepherds pie to pop in the oven for when my Mum comes home from doing the Christmas shopping. I enjoy doing these little things to help her out.
